You'll need to be:
  • An experienced people-manager
  • Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment
  • Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency
  • Motivated to consistently achieve targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or store management role
