About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive facilities management services to ensure efficient operations and a comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

  • This role involves supporting the Regional Senior Facilities Coordinator in managing relationships with stakeholders, service providers, and implementing service improvements.
  • The Facilities Coordinator will assist in managing and coordinating a wide range of facilities services including cleaning, security, parking, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and audit service providers to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Engage in regular facility inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage office equipment, stationery supplies, and coordinate meeting room setups.
  • Collaborate with service providers to explore opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Handle budgeting responsibilities alongside the Regional Senior Facilities Coordinator to ensure cost-effective operations.
