Job Overview

We seek a motivated Head of Marketing to navigate commercial goals through strategic and hands-on leadership. This role works closely with internal teams, particularly the commercial team, to support sales and scale the business, with opportunities to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to expand UK and global partnerships and customer base.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and overall strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with Sales to plan and execute B2B prospecting and pipeline-building activities.
  • Guide B2B engagement through campaigns, paid ads, content, PR, events, and trade shows.
  • Create and manage B2B content, including website copy, case studies, social media, sales materials, and communications.
  • Oversee LinkedIn and other social media platforms for B2B marketing.
  • Pursue PR opportunities through blogs, press releases, and articles to boost brand reputation and growth.
  • Manage thought leadership initiatives targeting B2B and government sectors to raise market awareness and shape policy.
  • Support quarterly investor communications.
  • Manage marketing budgets and financial goals.
  • Coordinate with product and commercial teams for market research and product launches.
  • Maintain and ensure brand consistency across messaging, tone, and visuals.
