We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service and support to our clients in Saint Peters, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
