About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner in Thanet. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including property owners, buyers, and sellers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a team of sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the customer journey, from valuation to completion of sale

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
  • Ability to work from home and in an office environment
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
