Role Overview


In this full-time employed position with Spicerhaart, our Partners have the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area.


As a Regional Property Partnership Manager, you will provide an end-to-end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area
  • Developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the Estate Agency network
  • Valuing and converting market appraisal opportunities, with the help of a healthy marketing budget
  • Overseeing instructions to completion, utilising nearby hub office staff for day-to-day running of the customer journey
  • Maintaining a strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best Estate Agent in the area
