Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the development and managing contractors
- Completing health and safety checks and ensuring the security of the development
- Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Providing a first-class service to Owners and ensuring their needs are met
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also have a love of people and be able to work with sensitivity and diplomacy.
