Part-time Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the development and related activities
- Managing the maintenance of the property
- Providing a first-class service to homeowners
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Completing health and safety checks
- Organising activities and events for homeowners
Requirements:
- Experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity and health & social care sectors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Administration skills
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
