About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive impact on the lives of our Home Owners and providing a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Organise activities and events for Owners and complete health and safety checks
  • Be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have excellent administration skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
