About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager for our retirement development. This varied and interesting role involves coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference to the lives of our Home Owners and providing a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle.

You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners. This autonomous role requires a trusted and friendly individual who can liaise with customers and suppliers, manage contractors, schedule maintenance, complete health and safety checks, and organise activities and events for Owners.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of Owners, and is a highly rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. As a successful Lodge Manager, you will have excellent administration skills, a love of people, and a strong focus on providing a first-class customer service.

You will be happy working independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to be calm under pressure. Additionally, you will be computer literate and have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
