About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our Home Owners.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our Home Owners, providing a friendly and approachable service. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and events, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of the property, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate activities and events for our Home Owners, including social events, maintenance schedules, and other initiatives
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for our Home Owners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar environment. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
