About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating various activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance resident experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
