About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders
  • Manage and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions
  • Oversee the sales process from valuation to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
