We're seeking a talented Partner to join our team in Thanet, where you'll have the opportunity to build and develop your own estate agency business.

About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering a high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our local property centre team to leverage our industry-leading marketing and technology to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the local property centre team to leverage marketing and technology
  • Manage your own diary and work flexibly to meet customer needs

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage your own diary
