About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced UK Sales Director for Green Power Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and promoting our innovative solutions for the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales pipeline, lead generation, and contract negotiations throughout the UK.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Reporting directly to the EU Regional Manager, collaborating closely to define and implement effective business strategies, market development plans, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial/sales-oriented role within the renewable energy or power industry.
  • Proven track record driving full sales lifecycle with a special focus on business development and lead-generation strategies.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain a strong professional network across the UK.
  • Exceptional commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Benefits package includes an estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working options, travel benefits, and access to employee retail discount site.
