We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cleantech Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Cleantech market, leveraging their extensive network and expertise.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Act as a bid and sales specialist within business sales processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure desired deals with our target customer base.
  • Progress qualified sales opportunities in our existing pipeline with target customers.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of prospective and existing customers from a commercial perspective, specifically pricing, deal structure, and contracting.
  • Work with our in-house legal specialist to contract with successful customer opportunities, enabling future growth and up-sell opportunities.
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing department to increase awareness of our company's brand, product offering, and value proposition to our target customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cleantech markets, preferably in BESS, Flex, or Smart Grid technologies.
  • Experience as a 'deal closer' in a software solutions environment.
  • A versatile, forward-thinking, solution-driven commercial professional.
