As a Shared Lives Carer, you will have the flexibility to choose the type of support you provide, whether it's short-term respite, long-term support, or emergency support. You will also receive free training and support from our experienced team to ensure you have the skills and confidence to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and friendship to vulnerable adults in your local community

Requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Have a minimum of 4 hours per week to spare
  • Have a spare bedroom (for long-term and short-break/respite support)
  • Be caring and want to develop new relationships
