Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hyndelle Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with complex needs in daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our values of inclusion, delivery, aspiration, respect, and enablement.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
