Reablement Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Reablement Support Worker to join our team. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents of the borough to regain their independence and confidence in their own homes.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides integrated programmes of Reablement across the borough. Our team works closely with other professionals, including therapists, social care workers, and housing and health professionals, to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive support.
About the TeamOur Reablement service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we are committed to providing a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will work every other weekend, and you will be required to hold a current valid driving licence or be able to travel as required to meet the needs of the service.
