Sales Director - Western Europe

Nine Dragons Paper Holdings Limited, the largest pulp and paper mill manufacturer in the world, seeks a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Western Europe. With a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing long-term relationships with customers, this individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Nine Dragons Paper is a global leader in the production of folding boxboard, printing and writing paper, and other specialty papers. Our company operates 15 paper mills across China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the United States, producing over 20 million metric tons of paper products annually. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Western Europe;
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region;
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market share;
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the paper industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding targets;
  • Strong knowledge of the European market and its trends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing;
  • Fluent English language skills; Chinese language skills are an asset;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license;
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the assigned territory;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
