We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Manager to join our team at Caselton Clark. As a leading medical publication, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to develop their skills in sales and marketing.

Job Summary:

  • Take on sales and marketing responsibilities for two key publications, driving revenue growth through advertising sales across various media channels.
  • Manage the annual Awards evening sponsorship and table sales, enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across diverse medical fields, identifying new business opportunities and improving existing partnerships.
  • Liaise with new clients to implement products as part of their advertising and market research strategies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with publication editors and market analysts to discuss sales strategies based on editorial and market research content, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop interest and basic knowledge of the topics covered in the publications and market research monitors, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management, including closed and potential businesses, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Complete all sales administrative duties, including recording open and closed sales opportunities, negotiating partnership deals with event organizers, and preparing company participation in medical conferences.

Requirements:

  • A target-driven individual with a proven track record of successful client management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to conferences to network and build on the publication's sales pipeline.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in the science or medical field, although this is not mandatory.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
