About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager - Medical Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the audiology sector, building strong relationships with key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the audiology sector.
- Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving repeat business and expanding market share.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by leveraging effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Product Expertise: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions and build strong relationships with customers.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Your Background:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the private medical market (audio, optical, dental sectors).
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the medical sales industry, including its complexities and nuances.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, with a proven ability to manage high-pressure sales environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
