As a Medical Sales Manager at Gibb Group Medical & Rescue, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our medical staffing service. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, your primary responsibility will be to expand our presence in the market and drive B2B sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the medical staffing industry. They will possess strong understanding of B2B sales processes and experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being preferred. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the medical staffing department
  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the medical staffing team to identify and develop new sectors and services that align with market needs and trends
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management
