Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Maidstone, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
