Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Associate to join our Client Experience team at RBC BlueBay. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our Business Development Sales teams on daily and ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of RBC BlueBay's investment strategies, products, and services through on-the-job training.
  • Build strong relationships with our regional client-facing teams to provide timely support and resolve queries.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our client requirements and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated with a strong academic record.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and a passion for investment products and fund structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
