Junior Associate, Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Associate to join our Client Experience team. As a Junior Associate, you will provide support to our Business Development Sales teams on daily and ad hoc requests, working closely with the Central Associates team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our investment strategies, products, and services through on-the-job training.
  • Build strong relationships with our regional client-facing teams, providing daily support and completing requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop key skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, updating regular quarterly and monthly business reporting.
  • Document query management into our internal database, Salesforce, to ensure all stakeholders are aware of progress and are contributing towards target completion dates.
  • Develop expertise through on-the-job training of internal team processes and controls, building a foundation for progression into the business when opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated with at least a 2:1 achieved or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and interest in investment products and fund structures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with confidence to effectively interface at all levels of the firm.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
