- Proven track record in Commercial Litigation, with expertise in the Birmingham markets
- Strong leadership and business development skills, with ability to drive growth and success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach
