Regional Business Development Lead

Job Summary: FMC Talent is seeking a Regional Business Development Lead to drive growth of our orthopaedics portfolio in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building strong relationships with medical customers, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
About You:
- You have at least five years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the medical sales industry
- You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets
- You have a strong understanding of the medical sales industry, including product knowledge and market trends
- You are results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth of orthopaedics portfolio in the Midlands region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical customers, including surgeons and hospital staff
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training initiatives and support sales efforts
- Travel across the Midlands region to attend surgeries and educate customers on our products
