Marketing Campaign Lead

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet our student recruitment KPIs. You will work closely with our suppliers, including advertising agencies and affiliate partners, to agree media bookings, raise purchase orders, and share insights to ensure end activity matches back to brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize the media budget to hit student recruitment KPIs
- Lead overarching campaign delivery, owning key deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are briefed and delivered on time
- Work across all marketing channels, including TV, Radio, Affiliates, OOH, and Digital
- Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Measure campaign success and contribute results into wider Marketing reports
- Support Performance Marketing Manager with required A/B testing across platforms/channels
- Act as a champion for the University's new identity and brand, ensuring final product embodies the brand verbally and visually
Requirements:
- Highly relevant campaign management and media buying experience
- Proven track record of campaign planning to drive results
- Experience working across different agencies and affiliates an advantage
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Looker, GA, etc)
