Salary: $28 per hour

Job Description
As a Resort Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to greet, check-in, and settle guest accounts while adhering to all service standards. You will also assist guests regarding resort facilities, share information about the resort and activities, and serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling accommodations and resort services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including cash handling, currency exchange, and balancing a bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. You should also have good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email functions, as well as knowledge of computerized Front Office systems, such as Micros-Fidelio based programs (Opera).
