Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering oncology treatments to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering IV and oral chemotherapy treatments
- Conducting blood tests and toxicity assessments
- Managing pump disconnections and line care
- Performing IM/SC injections
- Collaborating with a wider nursing team while working independently
- Staying updated with new technologies and therapies
- Annual salary of up to £43,000, negotiable based on experience
- Company car or £4,850 car allowance
- Mileage covered
- NMC fees paid
- Contributory pension scheme
- Private healthcare cover
- Continuous training and career progression opportunities
The ideal candidate will have an active NMC Pin as a Registered RGN Nurse, essential experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy, skills in cannulation and venepuncture, a valid driving licence, and a SACT Passport or equivalent qualification.
