As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and providing assistance to students with varying needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish positive relationships with students, and have a commitment to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £20,608 – £25,099 per annum, plus a Teaching Assistant Responsibility (TAR) Allowance that can range from £500 to £3,500 per annum depending on experience. This means you could potentially earn up to GLEA 6.15 equivalent.
