Role and Responsibilities:- We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team, responsible for performing first opinion duties and occasional sole charge.
- The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the highest standards of animal care and client communication, working closely with our referral practices to offer comprehensive care options.
- Proven experience as a Veterinary Surgeon, with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good understanding of first opinion veterinary medicine and surgery, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Familiarity with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and in-house blood testing equipment.
- Salary up to £75,000 DOE, depending on experience.
- 40 hours per week for 4 days, with flexible rota options.
- 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12pm, with no OOHs or bank holidays involved.
- Up to £5,000 welcome bonus and relocation allowance.
- 6.6 weeks annual leave, with increasing holiday allowance based on length of service.
