About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to lead our Authentication Services team. As a key member of our Corporate Technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and guidance on authentication, access management, and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement technical strategies for authentication, access management, and cyber security to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain the authentication, access management, and cyber security platforms, ensuring service availability, health, and performance.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  4. Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  6. Lead technical delivery, working closely with programme and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, CyberArk Privileged Access Management, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in managing personnel, both onshore and offshore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
