About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Implementation and Success Strategist. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client success strategies and be able to drive business growth through effective implementation and relationship-building.

You will work closely with our sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and ensuring existing clients meet their investment success criteria.

A strong ability to communicate effectively both internally and with clients is essential, as is a keen eye for operational efficiency and process optimization.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including stock options, L&D opportunities, and a hybrid working model.
