Executive Office Assistant

Front of House Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Receptionist to join our team in London. As the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, you will create a warm and welcoming impression while providing exceptional customer service.
Main responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing meetings using meeting room calendars and software
- Ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders through conference calls
- Coordinating with the catering team to set up and clear meeting rooms on time
- Liaising with hospitality teams to arrange lunches and refreshments for guests
- Managing office supplies and ordering as needed
- Providing administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Booking travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in FOH reception or cabin crew
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating excellent telephone manner, presentation, and politeness
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in MS Office
This role offers a competitive salary of £33k - £40k per annum, along with an attractive benefits package, including great bonus opportunities, gym membership, season ticket loan, private dental insurance, life insurance, and more.
The estimated salary for this role is £37,500 per annum.
