Domestic Abuse Support Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Domestic Abuse Support Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position based in North Wales, with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a number of refuges across Anglesey and Gwynedd, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for service users.
- Keep accurate records of all services, ensuring that everything is logged and up to date.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, identifying any issues that need to be addressed and taking corrective action.
- Act as a point of contact for service users, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with customers who have been impacted by Domestic Abuse, including children and young adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
Working Arrangements:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
