RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE CHARITY
LOCATION: Barry
SALARY: £12.00 - £14.00
HOURS: Part-time or Full-Time can be discussed
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temporary 2months + (with possibility of long-term opportunities)
OVERVIEW:
This charity provides crucial assistance to women and children impacted by domestic violence or at risk of experiencing it. Their support includes community outreach and emergency accommodation in refuge settings.
We are currently recruiting for a part time or full-time receptionist/administrator to work in their offices based in Barry. The role is initially on a temporary basis and is likely to run until at least Christmas. There is also a possibility of permanent opportunities for the right candidate. DAILY DUTIES:
Daily duties include answering the phones, taking messages,
Acting as the first point of contact and greeting clients who visit the office.
Organising charitable donations
Co-ordinating the rooms.
Managing the inbox, replying to clients and external organisations.
Helping to organise events and co-ordinate activities
