We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Child and Young People Support Team Manager to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and have worked within a Domestic Abuse or Young Persons setting in the past.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of refuges across Anglesey and Gwynedd, ensuring that all health and safety checks are carried out and identifying any issues that need amending.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of support workers
  • Keeping records across all services, ensuring everything is logged that needs to be
  • Referring matters to Service Managers where needed
  • Acting on any concerns relating to Child Protection and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults

Requirements:

  • Experience required in management
  • Experience working with customers who have been impacted by Domestic Abuse
  • Worked with Children/Young Adults

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
