Sales Territory Manager

Job Description:
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the South East region. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with independent builders merchants, DIY, and garden centre customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory of key accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on territory management and account development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong understanding of the construction and DIY industry, with knowledge of key market trends and challenges.
