Job Description:

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the South East region. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with independent builders merchants, DIY, and garden centre customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a territory of key accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
  4. Provide market insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on territory management and account development.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  5. Strong understanding of the construction and DIY industry, with knowledge of key market trends and challenges.
