Job Title: Inside Sales Orthodontics

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Straumann Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales activities within the UK and Ireland, focusing on maternity leave cover for a period of 12 months. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential new customers who can benefit from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling and outreach via digital channels to engage prospect accounts.
  • Contribute to the early stage of the sales process by building relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.
  • Represent ClearCorrect and digital products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of the accounts' needs and objectives.
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate ClearCorrect and digital offerings and value propositions to key decision makers.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and engage ClearCorrect Territory Managers or Practice Implementation Specialists at the appropriate stage to drive the next step in the sales process.
  • Transfer solid opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for follow-up and formal sales presentation.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter, highly driven.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong telephone manner.
  • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology.
  • Well-organized, excellent administration skills, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail and able to manage your own workload.
  • Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
  • Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research prospects, connect, educate, and offer solutions to qualify a prospect.
  • Strong ability to liaise with and hand over to the sales team who will close the deals, including scheduling meetings and providing detailed information.
