Job Title: Sales Executive

At Harwoods Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used BYD car products, meeting agreed sales volumes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the manufacturer sales process, including meeting enquiry management targets.
  • Understand and apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, and vehicle documentation.
  • Prospect for new and used car customers, create sales opportunities, and maintain regular contact with customers to ensure relationships are maintained.
  • Convey the culture of putting customers first at all times.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions to customers, adhering to FCA guidelines.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
  • Relevant product knowledge (desirable).
  • Motor industry experience (desirable).
