About the RoleAs a Venue Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers at various venues across the South of England. Your primary goal will be to promote our energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies, such as solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles. You'll work collaboratively with your team to influence and inspire, ensuring every customer receives excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Directly engage with customers on a face-to-face basis to promote our energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies.
- Work at various venues across your region, showcasing the best of Octopus Energy.
- Ensure every customer receives excellent customer service, upholding our values of honesty, transparency, and integrity.
- Participate in door-to-door knocking and other activities to reach more potential customers during peak periods.
- Work weekends and late shifts, as required, in busy shopping centers and supermarkets.
