Job Title: Inside Sales Orthodontics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Straumann Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling, social media, and email
  • Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to identify potential customers
  • Represent Straumann Group's products and services to key decision-makers
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and engage with the sales team to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and navigate digital technology
  • Well-organized with strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand measurement tools and track progress
  • Strong ability to liaise with and handover to the sales team
