ADR Specialists Ltd is a leading material handling and storage system company in the South.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our business interests in the designated area, managing new accounts, and maximizing business within those accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated territory
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of field sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of numeracy and administrative skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
This is a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
