We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager / Key Account Manager with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket to build strong relationships and grow our distributor network across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aftermarket industry, including parts distribution and supply chains from supplier through to garage, workshops, and repairer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING OUR DISTRIBUTOR NETWORK: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers across the entire Aftermarket industry, influencing key Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets across Passenger Car & Commercial Vehicle sectors.
  • STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and expand our distributor network.
  • SUPPORT AND TRAINING: Provide expert support and training to our distributors, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • KNOWLEDGE: Strong knowledge of parts distribution and supply chains, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
  • SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
