Senior Sales Consultant- Shared Ownership Specialist

Your Role:
As a Senior Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will drive sales performance and support a growing team. You'll guide clients through the Shared Ownership process, ensuring a seamless experience. Your strategic approach will also contribute to shaping the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Efforts: As the primary point of contact for high-value or complex sales inquiries, set the standard for excellence.
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
- Target Achievement: Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
About You:
- Experience: Significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes is essential. A proven track record in a senior or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of Shared Ownership schemes, affordability assessments, and housing market dynamics is necessary.
- Leadership: Strong mentoring and team collaboration abilities, with a passion for developing others, are crucial.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and property sales platforms is expected.
- Attitude: A proactive, results-driven attitude, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, is vital.
