We are seeking a seasoned Senior Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join our team at DeverellSmith. As a key member of our property sales division, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams.
As a Senior Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and supporting a growing team. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in guiding clients through the Shared Ownership process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes, with a proven track record in a senior or leadership role. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Efforts: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or complex sales inquiries, setting the standard for excellence.
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
- Target Achievement: Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
