Senior Sales Consultant

About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you will lead sales efforts and drive performance in our Shared Ownership team. Your expertise and leadership will play a key role in guiding customers through the home ownership process, ensuring seamless and supportive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Act as primary point of contact for high-value or complex sales inquiries, setting the standard for excellence.
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
- Target Achievement: Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
About You:
- Experience: Significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes. A proven track record in a senior or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Shared Ownership schemes, affordability assessments, and housing market dynamics.
- Leadership: Strong mentoring and team collaboration abilities, with a passion for developing others.
- Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and property sales platforms.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £56k OTE (up to £44k basic + £12k on top commission).
