Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a significant supplier portfolio and drive turnover
* Introduce new ideas and best practices to drive category management strategy
* Identify new product and supplier opportunities for our growing membership
* Work with the senior management team to develop strategy

Requirements:

* Excellent Category Management experience with a proven record of implementing this within a business to create growth and opportunities
* Proven knowledge of working within the building material sector preferred but not essential
* CIPS or Qualified experience is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to negotiate and influence at a high level
* Target driven approach to ensure deadlines are met
